As a rule of thumb, our typical starting price is about $250 per square foot for new construction. Many factors can adjust upward this square foot price. If we design for you, we keep cost in mind, which simultaneously informs you of how design choices influence the cost of your project. When comparing prices between different contractors, knowing what you are comparing is important.
