Talon / Carlo helped truly define the 1821 home which I was looking to purchase. So either a historic home or newer, I highly recommend Carlo. Absolutely the finest, most complete home inspection I have ever received. Talon Home Inspections is simply the best. I have purchased several homes and never had an inspection so complete. This was a large, 5 bedroom house built in 1830 with several outbuildings that were inspected as well. The inspector took all this into consideration and clearly identified age-related issues within the report. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them without reservation.
