Have lived at the 1354 N Harper location in West Hollywood for just over a year. Lipstick on a pig would be the best way to describe these units. Everything looks cosmetically pleasing, but the places are constructed very cheaply. There are no amenities (dishwasher, garbage disposal, or laundry) in the units. Although not advertised, just be aware. Additionally, the laundry machines are often down, there's continuous construction that never ends, and the utilities are shut down for at least a day nearly every other week. Last, Concord will not notify their tenants of changes to the lease

I was very excited about moving into one of Concord Ventures INC. properties. However, the staff at Concord Ventures INC. or the ones I have had to deal with are too relaxed. There are so many things wrong with the apt they rented to me and when I actually report all the things that are wrong they complain. I moved in two weeks ago and I have experienced everything from plumbing issues, getting locked out of the garage, lack of communication, issues with the gas, leaks, etc. My issue with them they told me the apt was good. When in reality it is not. So this will be a fun time living here. Luckily

Since concorde took over this building the place has gone to hell. Where once it was a quaint old building- at least it was clean and repairs were made, we've had a few "managers" who do nothing and expect that tenants do bvb the communicating with concorde. Good luck with that except if they're claiming you owe them money.
The trash area outside us stinky filthy rat infested and always over flowing. The trash man can hardly get to the one bin that serves the entire 4 floors. The side of the building is a swamp of dirty stinky bug infested water. Theres always old furniture

SLUM LORDS. These people are the absolute worst and are being sued by numerous properties. They stopped paying the people that clean the building and tried to bully them and exploit them to keep working without pay. They do not fix anything that is wrong in the building, they paint over it. Their properties aren't safe.

My family and I had to leave our apt earlier than expected and Elad and Carlos were incredible helpful in this process. Ending a lease before its term it's always a tricky complicated process and they helped us so much to define all the final statements and even get part of our deposite back. I am Disabled Vet, needed help to find place.3 month of calls all over LA, no one cares, then Agent ELAD picked up the phone, i honestly asked him for help and ELAD simply didn’t gave up until he got me place. Elad walked me through every step of complicated Applications in 17 minutes and here i am in ny all new place. I don’t speak for the rest of agents but if You need a place quick and easy and someone easy to deal with call ELAD.

Renting at their property on Kenmore and within two months have had recurring issues with termites, bedbugs and cockroaches. The property manager Bilquees (who lives in the building) is completely incompetent and acts like you're crazy for wanting her to locate the bedbug issue in the building. None of my pest issues have been handled in a timely or respectful manner (she said, "It's not my fault there's bugs," like I'm just some annoying child. I'm concerned that the termites are going to damage my piano and other property. I also have keys that don't work

Well let’s start off with who gave me a lease. I don’t think it was an actual leasing agent. On their website the man that signed me, David, is construction management. Obviously it seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t tell me until I was there in the office that I had to move my move in date. He also left out a huge piece of information. When I booked a viewing appointment I said my original move in date. When I was shown it I told the building manager, and it wasn’t until after he handed me the lease that he said I couldn’t move in unless I move it. I would have

So here we are, mid summer in July, a pademic afoot, with everyone telling us to stay home. When, uh oh, the freakin air conditioner breaks. Better call, a repairman, but oh wait, Concord real estate does not want to, why? Because they are selling the place soon. To make matters worse, they never pay their bills. So they couldn't get a repairman out here anyway. The sleaziest, most horrible disgusting vile company ever. GOD, My poor cat. You should be shot.

I moved in and was really happy with location and price. Close to every thing and the apt was cute. But with one week of living here my sink was clogged and the manager told to go buy stuff to fix it, that's there responsibility? Well I did and guess what nothing, this took 2 weeks to get and action and only cause the pipes broke under sink flooding my kitchen. Then my fridge was not working. Many emails later and 3 weeks later I got a new fridge. Mind you this has not even been a month yet. There are many little issues that I kept having to call frank to fix. All that took weeks to get taken

I lived at 12515 Saticoy St in North Hollywood for 3 years managed by this building, this review is specifically about this property and how management responded to issues during the duration of my rental. I will begin my statement by advising you get what you pay for. Let me reiterate. You get what you pay for. Paper thin walls, poor property management that doesn't enforce rules with disturbing amounts of litter in the parking lot (photo included),

Now this has to be the biggest joke. I see that they write their own reviews, the owner, the brother and a few employees. Your brand should be able to stand on its own and not resort to fabricating your own reviews to drive business.
I would never recommend you rent or even work with these people. They don't pay their bills and burn every bridge they've. I had the displeasure of doing work with them and the level of arrogance from the owner to the senior level managers is unbelievable. They find every way to not pay you and when yo complain they just ignore your calls.

There are property management companies that respond to maintenance requests on time, that send maintenance firms that show up on time, that use quality workmanship so your bathroom sink doesn’t fall off the wall and lay in disrepair for 10 days.
This is not one of those firms. In the end I was somehow charged a damage assessment for the fact that their faulty workmanship caused the sink to fall off the wall? Get outta here.
Save your money and stress and find an ethical, responsive property management company. This is not one of them.

Be very careful if you work as a contractor for Concord they ask for work and then they said that nobody is responsible, I have more than $20,000 dlls on invoices and the Manager throw the ball to the office and the office vice versa to the Manager, call the office and Nima, Moshe and Joe ( they said is the CEO ) never at the office. I'm located in Dallas and I worked for Heaven Apartments, East Town Apartments and Oasis Apartments. I have left messages and nobody call back super rude makes you feel bad asking for your own Money.

These guys are crap. I rented a condo and the owner uses Concord. They dont process rent payments on time, takes months to get basic repairs, staff turns over all the time so I end up making the same request multiple times.
On top of all that they arent smart and are lazy. Find it hard to believe they are in business.

You can also see my review of the Ashby in Koreatown. These people "manage" this building. And I use the term manage very loosely. They are only able to collect rent. If you're late they know where the scotch tape is and the printer so they can put a 3 day pay or quit notice on your door. They know who you are then! When you need something fixed it happens at their convenience. The resident manager is completely useless and doesn't do anything an alleged resident manager should do. She doesn't facilitate repairmen or help if things are obviously broken around the building

Come to find out my apartment unit needed adjustments to meet LA Safety codes. They attempted to make repairs to bring the property up to code (the only way I know this is because the City left a document taped to the front door of the building. Otherwise I would not have known why Concord wanted to enter my home to make "necessary repairs" in my apartment.) Basically, their communications with their renters is very poor. To top it off, I came home to a hole in the ceiling, a non-working fan, dirty palm and fingerprints on my wall, and dust and debris on my belongings with no note or follow-up
