Had an absolutely horrible experience here today with Dr. Dunn. She was supposed to remove and fill a loose filling on the back of my front teeth. While drilling she accidentally chipped the back of one of my… other teeth and ended up having to fill it. During this I had a panic attack and she was very rude to me about it. After I went to the front desk to get checked out, they tried to have me sign a paper to pay for the filling I didn’t ask for nor consent to.

I am absolutely appalled at the manner in which I have been treated by ConnextCare in the last 6 months. I can't even begin to list every way in which they have mishandled my care. Currently, I have reached the end of a prescription that I cannot be without for even 1 day, and my refill request was ignored for days. I called to find out if there is… anything that can be done on a Saturday, only to be told that I was discharged from the practice with no warning and no notification. There is nothing they will do until Tuesday, when my former provider will be in the office! This is a disgusting
