I really enjoyed my time living here. I was here for 2 years. Tim is a great property manager. He communicates important info quickly, follows up on resident concerns, and is honestly just a nice guy all around. Its refreshing to have a landlord that doesnt try to take advantage of you. The townhome I lived in was a great catch for the price and the pool and lake were nice community features. Plus its in a prime location in Columbia. I moved somewhere different for personal reasons, but I enjoyed my stay at Hyde Park. There are students that live here, working young adults, and even families

I have been here for more than 3 years now..I love this place..It is peaceful and quite here..We have 2 beautiful lakes for the view and apartment is a decent one with the amenities we need.

Great residences in a great part of town. Townhomes are well kept, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The property manager, Tim, goes the extra mile to help tenants. You can tell that he really cares about making sure everyone is happy. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to complaints. If something goes wrong, they're out in the next day or two to fix the problem. Very happy to have found Hyde Park!

A wonderful, quiet, well maintained place to live. The property manager Tim is super helpful and a great person to deal with always. Every issue or maintenance request I've had has been resolved very quickly which Is why I continue to stay here.

Wonderful place to live. We moved in 3 years ago and have very much enjoyed it. It's quiet, a great location, and family friendly. Maintenance has always been quick to respond and very accommodating to help us when our AC went out! Very happy!

My little family has lived at Hyde Park for just over 5yrs. It has served us so well. We love the pool in the summertime and our dog enjoys the open field and pond for running and swimming. The location is also great! Youre close to 3 major grocery stores, have direct access to HWY 63 and is within walking distance of several dining options.
