In the 6+ months I have been going to this facility, I have only had two updates to my health chart by the two doctors I have seen. Angela Reynolds left the practice suddenly with no notice in the middle of caring for me, so I was left to see Neil Ponder. Doctor Ponder was over an hour late to our first appointment together, and he seemed content to just guess at my fertility issues, rather than test for them. He said multiple times that he would order a handful of blood tests for me, but when I showed up to the lab (several days later), they said he hadn't submitted anything at all. Both doctors

Dr. Ponder you are an amazing doctor I have nothing bad to say about any of my visits. You change my mind the way I see doctors specifically with what I went through with my first child, when I shared my concerns to you about it you promised everything was going to be okay and he really did he made sure we had a healthy baby and safe delivery. Today I still go see him because he’s the best doctor I met in my entire life. You are so professional, and always give great advice to your patients he always has an answer to my concerns and you can talk to him about anything!. I recommended my sister

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Had a lump near my right ovary so I went here to go get it checked out. First they pretty much blew me off while I was there and finally agreed to get my blood drawn to see if anything came up abnormal. They tell me to fast for 24 hours before I went in which was fine. I got to the lab for the bloodwork just to find out they gave me someone else's chart with all of their information instead of my own (huge HIPAA violation) so after about 30-45 minutes we finally get my information sent over so I can get the lab work done. Later in the day I get another

Angela Reynolds was extremely rude! She wasn't sincere and polite. She instead decided to question me and tell me that I didn't look like I was doing good because of having a foot sprain and then told me that I'm one of the lucky ones because I get cysts and corrected it and said I'm unlucky. She is the RUDEST gynecologist I've ever had. She needs to learn how to be sympathic and sincere with her patients or just retire already. No one should get away with disrespecting their patients like this! I will never deal with her again and if I have her again after I've asked to not be scheduled with her

My boss from work actually told me about how much she loved dr ponder after hearing so much negative things about the obgyn i had his bed side manner was horrible and I felt like a bother to him but the first time I seen dr ponder like my boss I am sooo glad I switched to him his bed side manner is amazing! he takes the time to listen and get to know you with no judgment, he's honest and goes over every possible treatment to help you feel better so glad he is my dr now thank you dr ponder 😊

I cannot say enough great things about the clinic, the staff, and Dr. Ponder himself. Their practices are professional, clean, and friendly. During Covid and my pregnancy I’ve felt safe and cared for. It’s a breath of fresh air for my dr to sit with me and listen as well as advise me in my treatment for as long as needed. I transferred here during my pregnancy from another clinic who were lackadaisical, unfriendly, and the dr only spoke a few words to me and never remembered me. When it comes to your healthcare it’s the small things like communication and respect that matter. Highly recommend

Dr ponder was my doctor through both of my pregnancies. He is an excellent doctor, he takes the time to listen. I have been to quite a few different providers and that is something that is hard to find. He is easy to get ahold of after hours if you have any concerns. When I was at the hospital he stopped by several times to make sure everything was going well with my recovery. You can tell he really cares about his patients.

Dr Ponder is amazing!
Best doctor ever! He is caring, he is very patient and he is very supportive. I transferred to desert sky from other clinic at 35 weeks pregnant with no records from my other provider and he never turned his back on me and delivered my baby at 39 weeks even without having my health history . He knows what he is doing . He supported me on a VBA2C . I can’t thank him enough for all his care and support! We need more doctors like him !
