Wellness Exams
Regular wellness exams help detect health issues early through comprehensive physical assessments, nutritional guidance, and vaccination plans. Our veterinarians create tailored care strategies for each pet's life stage, ensuring preventive measures address breed-specific and age-related risks. This proactive approach maintains long-term health while strengthening the bond between pets and owners.
Diagnostics
Advanced in-house diagnostics including bloodwork, digital radiography, and ultrasound enable rapid, accurate health assessments. These tools facilitate immediate treatment decisions for conditions ranging from infections to chronic diseases. Off-site laboratory partnerships ensure specialized testing when deeper analysis is required, with results typically available within 24 hours for timely interventions.
Surgery
Our surgical services encompass routine procedures like spaying/neutering and complex orthopedic surgeries such as TPLO for ACL injuries. Utilizing sterile environments and continuous patient monitoring, we prioritize safety and comfort throughout anesthesia and recovery. Postoperative care includes pain management and follow-up consultations to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
Dental Care
We address periodontal disease through professional cleanings, digital dental radiography, and extractions when necessary. Modern anesthesia protocols minimize risks for dental procedures, while client education emphasizes at-home care practices to prevent future issues. Early intervention helps avoid systemic complications linked to oral health problems.
Laser Surgery
Carbon dioxide laser technology reduces pain, bleeding, and recovery times by sealing nerve endings and blood vessels during operations. This precision tool minimizes tissue trauma for procedures ranging from tumor removals to soft-tissue surgeries, promoting faster healing and improved postoperative comfort with reduced need for analgesics.

Report
We have been taking our pets to Twin Maples for years. Excellent care, it felt like they were taking care of their own pet. Reasonable fees, payment plan, excellent boarding service and grooming service. Dr. Kim Burkhardt is one of the kindest people you will ever deal with, the whole staff is. When we have had to put down one of our little ones, it seems the whole staff is affected. I can not say anymore higher praise.
