When we experience pain, we often require a complete reset to break out of the endless cycle of injury and pain. In this phase, we begin easing your pain by using disciplines such as trigger point dry needling, massage, laser therapy and the chiropractic adjustment. In this process, we assess the current pain that you are feeling and begin to determine the root cause of it.
How We Treat

This practice involves our chiropractor, Dr. Johnston, manually manipulating the vertebrae of your spine. This helps to mobilize the vertebrae that may be causing pain. Chiropractic adjustments help patients not only feel better right away, but often lead to better long term wellness. This can cause ischemia (lack of blood flow), which causes limited function of the muscle and pressure on local nerves.

If we could only pick one tool to continue treating patients with, it would have to be dry needling. From day one, we noticed how much faster and accurate Dr. Johnston was at treating muscle injuries. Patients responded to care almost immediately and it produced lasting results. Dry needling allows us to contact whatever muscle, tendon, or ligament we are needing to treat.
