We are very selective in our hiring process. Each employee is thoroughly vetted to verify employment history, references, work status, conduct, and criminal history. Before being deployed to the field each employee goes through 40 hours of rigorous training and will be accompanied by a team leader/manager for the first two months of employment.

We are sensitive to the privacy and security requirements of our clients. For this reason, our employees must sign a confidentiality non-disclosure agreement as a condition for employment. Rest assured that our staff has been trained on how to be discreet. We offer continued education to our teams to ensure that they are up to speed on the latest advances in cleaning services.
