Super friendly, courteous and professional staff. Our first appointment was a little more involved than any of us expected and I not once felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Dr. Buttaro is great. The techs and whole staff were absolutely wonderful! Most importantly, they were all fantastic with our newly adopted 13 year old pup!

Brought my dog in for an emergency visit. They were able to see her pretty quickly. Everyone was very nice and cared for her. The doctor was great and explained our options. The procedure was a bit costly but I kind of expected for an emergency visit. We had a very good experience. The facility was very new and clean.

This veterinary is extremely overcharging in terms of what other local vets are charging for their services. First of all a comprehensive office visit here is $80+ when the going price for ALL local vets in the area is in the $50-$65 range. Before you agree to continue with any of the services they are offering please please get other quotes this vet put my dog under anesthesia to perform a bandage change and then when I went to another vet they were able to do the exact same procedure with no anesthesia and the cost for the same thing was about $60 less. Dont get me wrong their services are

We love Eastern! We switched from another vet when our puppy was having weird GI issues and we felt that the other vet didn't have a plan/wasn't taking it seriously. Eastern immediately came up with a diagnostic plan and communicated everything very well. Our pup has lots of allergies as well, and every time we go, the staff is so kind and helpful. It's certainly on the pricier side, but it's worth it for us.
