My wife & I started training for marathons a couple years ago so we're usually running 40-60+ miles per week. Our sore muscles started thanking us very much when we found this place. The massage quality is excellent for deep tissue massage. The main therapist Joy is very good about focusing on the sore muscles & she listens to feedback for focus areas.

It gently relaxes the entire body combining various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions.
