I've been here at Rio Seco apartments for about 20 months, Lisa Valenzuela has been very helpful in every way she could. She even goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of, when ever I have a problem maintenance is always a phone call away even on the weekends. The property is clean, and management is always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The company that owns Devonshire is Wasatch Property Management. That company its self is extremely avaricious company.
Their property manager at Devonshire is formidable. She is very unethical and tries to boss you around . She does this in hopes that you hate living here so you leave. She has done this to a couple of my friends that have lived here.
They do this because they can charge more for townhome if you move. Sadly what they are doing is not illegal. It's all about the money.
I know their is going be someone that is a property manager that will be like " You need to know the side of

I hate bullies‼️ I have been dealing with a nightmare situation with the property management company that I was renting my apartment from! I rented from Wasatch Property management for a year and a half while I was saving up for our first home. I had a decent experience with them until it came time to move out. I gave my 30 day notice on the 5th of Jan and told them I would be moving out feb 1st (assuming I would pay a prorated amount for the first week in feb). I was surprised when I got a bill for the FULL month of February, as well as a bunch of bs cleaning fees. Nowhere in my contract did

I am a resident at one of Wasatch properties in Sacramento, California. I live at California Place. There is black mold growing on the bathroom walls which look like it was perhaps covered in cheap paint. In addition, there is mold growing on the kitchen sink with constant dead and live bugs so I have never used the kitchen for cooking. I spoke with the regional property manager at Chesapeake Commons on July 1, 2020 she told me to pay a prorated amount of $522.00 for the month of August since my lease is ending on August 12th of 2020. I paid the amount online now there are additional charges of

No doubt the best apartment community in West Valley. For 2 years I enjoyed hassle-free living at Crossroads and it was harder to leave than I thought it would be. The location is SO CONVENIENT (the 215 and 201… are super close),the staff is competent and friendly, and the apartments/grounds are maintained really well. All the charges after move-out were fair as well.

Horrible experience working with the management of this company. At one of the apartments owned by Wasatch Group (Parc), I had an experience with the manager not being completely honest with me. When I reported it to corporate management, they completely backed up the manager and they fabricated a story about me yelling and using vulgarity at one of the managers. To make matters worse, after they rejected me, they refused to refund 100% of my deposit. Be careful when dealing with a company who does not listen to what the customer has to say and only believes one side.

I have had the worst experience in speaking with Stephanie, the Regional Manager over Utah. I contacted her, as a manger to discuss the staff from the Springwood Apartments and how disrespectful they were. Twenty four minutes later, I finally gave up. Not once did she apologize to me on behalf of her staff, she instead accused me of hanging up on her colleague but covered it up by saying "I am just reading her not before sending me this call." Over one year that I've lived at Springwood, it was all fine and dandy until today. I cannot believe that these people actually treat their customers like

I live in one of their communities. My issue is that my lease agreement does not match my water bill. It's a community water bill that is supposed to be split amongst the residence but they have a "bond program" that grants up to a certain amount of residents "free water". This program isn't mentioned in my lease. My water/sewer bill is $100 each month for 500 square feet of apartment. Who else's water am I paying for? On top of that the service charge on my water bill is 5 cents higher than what my lease agreement says. It may seem insignificant but it states that if they are to ever increase
