Today I attended my stepmother s memorial. I had placed flowers and a flag on my father's headstone next to my stepmother s plot, in his vase. There was room for both. When I got to the graveside the flowers and flag were thrown on the ground on hot concrete. I don't know what makes me most angry. The disrespect of my father or our flag. Hard to complain when Oscar was one of the people who did this. To top it off wasp nest at graveside that could have been sprayed prior and not. This is NOT the old firlane.

If I could give a negative rating I would. They were in no way helpful to my family on this time of need. My brother passed away in January and is just being laid to rest now and the end of February. He was laid out in their chapel and no one was there to help the family with the services. The women opened the door pointed in and said if you need anything let me know. My family came from Massachusetts to lay my brother to rest here in Washington where he has lived most of his life. There was no one to even there to let anyone know if they where in the right place.
