As you may be aware, the veterinary profession is experiencing unprecedented demand for services resulting in extended wait times and difficulty in obtaining care, and SAH is no exception. We are struggling to see as many of our wonderful patients and their families as possible while also protecting our caring and compassionate staff from a case load that they simply cannot sustain.
Due to the extreme demand during the week, we have made the difficult decision to suspend our Saturday hours. This will help increase staffing Monday through Friday to accomodate more of our ill patients and allow us to provide the exceptional care that we pride ourselves on. In addition, we have added new menu options to our phone tree to help streamline calls for prescription refills and appointment requests.
