At The Legacy at Green Hills, we take the stress out of wedding planning. We offer various options to have your wedding, right in the heart of Kansas City. We are located on 38 beautiful acres, lined with trees and a small lake. We boast an amazing house, from 1912, that allows you to spend the day getting ready in a convenient setting.
You can have your wedding anywhere on the property, but we do have a designated ceremony site. We also have plenty of parking, a brick patio, and helpful staff. Most venues simply offer the use of their space. We offer more than that - you describe the ideal day and we'll help you get to that point.

In order to tour our venue, you must have an appointment. You can call 816-204-1629 or email events@thelegacyatgreenhills.com to schedule a time to visit. Tours are given all days of the week, depending on availability. Yes, we provide you a list of vendors we recommend but you choose who you want to work with.

Overnight stays are a great option and provide the experience of a "destination wedding" right in Kansas City. An overnight stay the night before your wedding allows you do to your rehearsal, set up decorations, and spend the night with your bridal party.
