Founded by Tommy Kuensel, Root24 has been providing Sewer and Drain Cleaning solutions since 1972. Starting with one pickup truck and a sewer machine, Tommy started the company out of his home in Riverton, NJ. Keeping it a family affair, Tommy's sons, Tommy Jr. and Chris are also active within the company.
Following a six-year apprenticeship with another plumbing company, Tommy Jr. came aboard to manage field service while Chris oversees the office and manages dispatch. Fast forward to today, Root24 has grown to serve many parts of the tri-state area. Our fully staffed, 50,000 square foot facility houses all the supplies, trained crew members and latest high tech equipment to handle projects of all sizes.

In a plumbing emergency, you'll need to stop the flow of water quickly. To do this, you and each member of your family needs to know the location of the shutoff valve for every fixture and appliance, as well as the main shutoff valve for the house, and how they operate. If the emergency involves a specific fixture or appliance, first look for its shutoff valve and turn it clockwise to shut off the water to that fixture or appliance only.
