Married In March 2020. Kent and Darlene were nothing short of incredible. It took us a while to find a cinematographer for our wedding but knew instantly they were the right choice the minute we saw their work on YouTube. My wife and I did not want any coordination and to just enjoy our day as we pleased. This is the exact style Ohana films operates, they are so hands off we barely noticed they were there, but yet, they captured every moment. Ohana Films is the best! We're so glad to have them film our wedding day. They were like ninjas! None of our guests even noticed that we had videographers at the wedding. Everything they caught on film was natural and nothing was set up or acted out. Darlene is a very calm and cool gal. She kept reminding me to juz breathe while getting ready for the big day because I had a million things going thru my mind. A simple reminder to just breathe was very helpful for me. The quality of our wedding clip is incredible. My husband always says that his favorite keepsake is the 7 minute video that we had done of our wedding by Ohana Films. Two minor complaints: The song used in our video... personally, it felt like a sad song. Not quite sure why it was selected. Secondly, we ordered a full version of our wedding and when downloaded, it wasn't one clip, it was 3 different clips. I would have loved to share the full version with people but because it isn't one clip, it's difficult.

Where do I begin. I am a huge fan of Ohana films and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I first found Kent and Darlene through their YouTube channel and Vemo account several months before I was engaged. I would give a 10-star rating out of 5 if possible. They had lovely personalities and were really nice to talk to. They gave us lots of good suggestions before and on our wedding day. Before my hair stylist put on the flowers, Darlene double checked and suggested which side it should be for better pictures. And Kent helped my husband put on the cuff link ( which he didn't have to) . They also suggested what pictures could be captured by our photographer.

My now husband and I absolutely loved working with Kent & Darlene of Ohana Films. They are a husband and wife duo like most of the vendors that we hired for our wedding. They captured some of our most special moments so beautifully. We just received our video and we have watched it over and over already because we love it so much. Wow — where to begin. We were referred to Kent and Darlene (Ohana Films) by Anna Kim and our wedding planner Fay Hovey (Aloha Maui Weddings). From our first time meeting, we were immediately drawn to their warm personalities, professional demeanor, and immediate openness and kindness. If I could, I'd give them six stars!!!! They did such an awesome job capturing our wedding! If you want your video soon after the wedding, be prepared to wait. They really take their time to make sure it is perfect. And it's totally worth the wait. I really loved working with them and I appreciate how they went above and beyond.

We hired Kent & Darlene to create a film of our wedding day as we had a destination wedding with only 15 people in attendance. It was important for us to have our wedding captured as we wanted to play the finished film at our reception back home. Kent & Darlene were fabulous to work with. They brought gentle, calm energy to our wedding. They naturally fit into our day, and by the end of the night, they felt like dear friends to us. We are so happy with our video from Ohana Films! With a destination wedding, there were a lot of people that wanted to be there and this film was great to let them experience it. There is no better way to decribe their work other than AMAZING! This video will always be cherished and it is great to see our family and friends watch it on repeat. We were totally impressed by our wedding video by Ohana Films and it far exceeded our expectations. We laughed and cried and just truly enjoyed this work of art. Every single time that I watch it, it brings me to tears! They were able to capture every moment of our special day that we can relive and enjoy for years to come. I used Ohana Films for a video interview and I was SO impressed. My video is so professional. Not only was I able to use it for the interview, they also made it so easy for me to post on my website. Kent was so nice and accommodating to my many requests and retakes to get it "just right." He made me look like an pro! I would highly recommend Ohana Films. I know I'll be using them in the future!
