Lance Maddoux And Marc Vanover are honestly some of the nicest, most helpful people Ive ever met. They made what is a scary thing, getting your pre-owned home inspected after agreeing to buy it, so understandable and simple.
Lance made sure I understood everything and if something wasnt a concern right now, but could be soon, he made sure to let me know what I would expect and what I could do as a future homeowner to be safe. Marc answered any questions I had and even explained some things to me when I asked silly questions even though he definitely didnt have to haha. The level of professionalism
