I am giving the new manager, Tracy, a 5 star review. She cares and wants this to be a great place to live. She was professional, listened and understood my position. She treated me with respect, positivity and tried to help. This has not been my experience for almost 7 years of living here, however, I believe she will do what she can to make this a better place to live. Hopefully corporate will provide necessary support.

After living here for 3 years, I figured out that the current manager Ashley favored people and chose who she would Let rules slide with. I never had an issue with her and after a tragic event there she was supportive to a point. However, nothing was ever followed through. Not receiving forms as she was suppose to post, flat out ignoring my communication about move out. Never being in the office, losing emails, and much more. I worked in housing and the housing laws that are being violated are extreme here. If Ashley decides to be your friend you are fine, but if not make sure everything is documented

I have lived here for over 11 years. I like how affordable it is here. I also appreciate that we all watch out for each other. Please ask for Ashley V. when you check this place out. She will take care of you.
Another great benefit is we are located right behind the Safeway sholping center. All within walking and wheelchair ♿ distance.

Ashley is a great Manager. I have lived at this property twice and have always felt at home. Anytime I have had an issue with my apartment it gets addressed and fixed right away. The grounds are picked up daily and the landscaping always looks great and kept up on. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Cute place, been here a couple of years. It has a play area for kids, kept clean, the manager Ashley helps with my concerns.
It's off the EmX route and Pioneer Parkway, so it's an awesome location for getting places. And sits behind a Safeway and a few other stores for very convenient shopping.
You can hear traffic and people from the parkway and behind the shops. But the noise level isn't the worst I've heard.
Calm community, and when we do get together its pleasant.
Overall, 5 stars from me.

I’ve lived in this complex for over 7 years. It’s very well maintained, the grounds are always looking their best. Ashley took over a couple years ago and has done a great job with the place and always has an open ear when it comes to situations that need to be heard. Our maintenance team (Kris and Wes) are by far the best team I’ve seen. Very polite, respectful and always fun to talk with.

I love living here. The manager, Ashley, was quick to answer any questions I had when I moved in. I find I can talk to her about any issues that arise. My apartment is nice and I feel safe in this community.
These apartments are conveniently located near Safeway, which is a bonus. I love being able to get groceries easily. If you eat out at restaurants or fast food, you have those options as well.
I would give a 4 star rating because of the noise. These apartments are located right off Pioneer Parkway with all its convenience and noise. You can't get away from the noise of cars. There is also
