We had never purchased a home previously and Pete generously took the time to walk us through every inch of the home we bought. He educated us about routine maintenance and his report was beyond thorough. He found problems we were able to use to negotiate down the price of the house and knowing what we were getting into gave us peace of mind and confidence in what we were buying.
