TPO Roofing
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing provides durable, low-maintenance commercial solutions with exceptional climate resistance. Our installations in Minnesota withstand extreme temperatures while offering UV protection and energy-efficient heat reflection. Available in multiple thicknesses with strong welded seams for superior leak prevention.
EPDM Roofing
EPDM (ethylene-propylene diene monomer) systems deliver long-lasting waterproof protection for commercial buildings. Our Minnesota installations utilize 10-50' wide sheets with 50-year material warranties, offering excellent hail resistance and environmental sustainability through recyclability.
Asphalt Shingles
Commercial asphalt shingle systems provide cost-effective roofing with architectural options lasting 24-30 years. We install both 3-tab and dimensional shingles meeting ASTM standards for wind, hail, and fire resistance in Minnesota climates.
Roof Maintenance
Our scheduled maintenance plans prevent costly repairs through 10+ point inspections, debris removal, and EPA-compliant cleaning. Services extend roof lifespans while maintaining energy efficiency and code compliance for Minnesota commercial properties.
Re-Covering
Roof re-covering solutions preserve existing structures while achieving significant cost savings. Our Minnesota clients benefit from up to 50% reduced expenses compared to full replacements, with completed projects maintaining up to 20-year warranties.

I called several companies last night after my manager had mentioned there was a leak in our main dining room.
Jamie was the only one to call me back that night and he met me out there in the morning. Problem was fixed right away . He was more than fair and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Janie we will be using your company for all our roof needs moving forward.
