What We Inspect
Report
Quality Home Inspections report will review the visible condition of the home's structure, foundation, roof, basement, grading, heating, air-conditioning systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, attic, visible insulation, ceiling, floors, windows and doors. All reports are computer generated in a standard electronic format and are comprehensive, including photographs.
Agreement
Report
This agreement is made by and between Quality Home Inspections LLC.,(hereafter called the "Company") and the "Client". The following shall define the conduct and content of the inspection. The Company shall perform a visual inspection of the subject property and provide the Client with a written inspection report identifying the major deficiencies.
