The Arena
THE ARENA is a regulated gym in an unregulated industry. We have two floors containing a spacious exercise studio and a downstairs turf area. Our intimate and welcoming environment is a haven for those who are looking to lose weight, improve sports performance, sculpt and tone, rehabilitate from injury, or enhance overall health and well-being.

Because the fitness industry does not have any guidelines or standards to uphold, we stand out in the industry. Our personal trainers have access to the most current research in exercise science, and they complete on-site training and educational courses to ensure that our clients safely and successfully reach their goals.

Testimonials

The student-athletes that have participated in our foundation's activities enjoy the direct feedback and measurement tools that The Arena provides. The staff is engaging, qualified and knowledgeable with a high level of education and training in the field.
Personal Training
Report
Did you know that every major gym has been sued for negligence by their personal trainers? Did you know there were no clear laws to protect consumers from unqualified personal trainers? Did you know that all accredited certifications educate their students and focus on why exercise needs to be individualized to suit your specific body type and personal fitness needs in order to reach your goals?
Strength & Conditioning
Report
Many people confuse personal training with strength and conditioning. Personal trainers only work with the general population while strength and conditioning coaches receive extra education to work with athletes. Trainers who specialize in strength and conditioning need to receive an extra certification called a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
