Im very happy with Stephen and Travis from Love Your Carpet! I had a lit red wax candle spill on my carpet leaving a red wax stain the I thought would be impossible to get out. Travis was determined to help me and even came back the next day to go over it again and cleaned my tile and grout which came out excellent as well. I recommend Love Your Carpet and Travis as the technician. I will be using this company in the future!
