He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. After working for several companies he founded Russel E. Daniels, PE Structural Engineering and later Daniels Consulting Engineers, LLC.

He has investigated over 2,000 Home Owner's Warranty claims for structural defects, prepared structural design for over 1,000 single family dwellings, additions, garages, and decks, and is qualified as an expert witness in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.After earning his BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, he graduated from Villanova University with an MS in Civil Engineering, and joined the family business in 2005.
