We spent $20,000.00 completely fixing up our house for sale. All new faucets, pergola, fence, $9,000. HVAC
new paint inside and out. Ingraffia comes in and "finds" 50 PAGES of "concerns". This totally bogus report scared off the buyers. I don't know how the "inspector" sleeps at night.
