Since our founding in July 2001, Mystic Fish has redefined casual dining in the Tampa Bay area through innovative seafood cuisine and exceptional service. Established by industry veterans Eugen Fuhrmann and Doug Bebell, former operators of the Lobster Pot, our restaurant was created to fill a gap in high-quality seafood offerings while maintaining approachability.
