We simplify the reservation process at The Station so that you get the best experience possible. We offer 12-month housing contracts, with the contract period starting in August and running to late July. We want to make move-in and move-out a breeze, so our contracts align with the University of Central Florida academic calendar - students can move-in right before the fall semester begins.

Reassign Your Contract

Follow these simple steps to begin the process of reassigning your housing contract to another person. Locate a potential candidate. You will be responsible to locate the individual whom you would like to take over your contract. Have the incoming resident apply. The individual who is taking over your contract must apply and be approved before your reassignment is completed.
