Clemence Sicard, a long-time resident of the state of New York and most recently the state of Florida has gone home to be with God, her Savior and Lord. Today, we celebrate her 85 years of life. Clemence Sicard was a kindhearted woman that did not mind feeding any and everyone. She was known for her cooking wherever she went.
