Hi, my name is Melanie. I worked in the dental field as a receptionist in previous years but took time off to raise a family. Now that my children are older, I am excited to be back in a dental office, meeting new patients and helping with their dental needs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children.

Our office space is open, sunny and inviting, with a spacious, comfortable waiting room and five modern treatment areas. Our Haitian-inspired decor and warm color scheme add to the welcoming feel. We use only digital X-rays.

When my husband, Philip, and I moved to Ohio after six years as mission optometrist and dentist in my native country of Haiti, we lived in Mt. Hope for the first year. We rented a house from Paul Yoder right on State Route 241 at the entrance to Wayne Dalton. Paul would half-jokingly say that Mt. Hope needed its own dentist and that we should start a clinic in the same house he was renting to us.
