The Queen Small Business course was extremely helpful for a new entrepreneur like me that had absolutely no idea where to start with bookkeeping. I appreciated that there were multiple ways to learn the content, including video. I can now say that I will have so much more confidence at tax time knowing that my bookkeeping is organized and up to date thanks to this course. Melanie's Bookkeeping Essentials course really kick started my ability to complete my own bookkeeping. I started out with little knowledge of what bookkeeping actually was or even how to go about doing it, but this course helped me get a general foundation and overview of the process I should follow as well as the software that can be used in order to do my own bookkeeping as a small business owner. I especially loved that Melanie makes herself available to you as you start that process. I highly recommend this course for the novice bookkeeper!!
