I was very concerned about my little Chihuahua Penelope. She has been very sick and I have been told she only has a month or two or less to live. They were very nice about answering my questions and what to do when that time came. Everyone in this office has always been very nice to me and I always feel that my dog is getting the best treatment there.
Everyone was wonderful - the staff took time on the phone to answer my questions without rushing me, the person at the desk reviewed multiple care options with me, and I felt valued. The electronic sign is also a welcome addition - the messaging is funny and I take pictures to share with friends often.
