We have a new maintenance man. His name is Quinton. I was really please with how fast and efficiently he completed the maintenance request. He is quite personable and he is neat and clean!!! That means a lot to me. He didnt mind wearing booties as we dont wear shoes. I appreciate that he was receptive. Hope he stays, would be nice to have Quinton keep doing great work. The grounds have been very clean also!! Thanks.

I called yesterday to get information about the townhome Jess was amazing her energy over the ph alone was very welcoming she was very informative about my situation and questions I had I havent met her personally as of yet but I looking forward to being a resident peace and love.. definitely only good vibes there.. thanks again Jess.
