Credit cards for those patients that prefer to make monthly payments for their dental services. Finance charges of 1.5% of remaining balance, with minimum of $2.00 per month, will be added to all accounts that have aged beyond 60 days from the date of service. We reserve the right to charge and collect a $75.00 fee for appointments that are cancelled without the 24 hour notice.
