Young Automotive opened in Sturgeon Bay in 1969 originally founded as Phil Young Automotive. Phil Young, my father, started his business in Chicago in 1966. A true car lover and a hands-on technician, Phil had worked in the automotive industry for over 9 years before opening up in Sturgeon Bay. In 2002 I, Fred Young, purchased the family business and changed the name to Young Automotive, Inc.
