My husband joined and was set to start in January they had assured him they wouldn't touch his money. Well we found out that they lied. So he called them up and cancelled joining.

I'm doing things a bit different. I am just now entering PACE after hearing nothing but good things about them, and feel quite strongly they are the answer to my issues. After reading such a wide array of reviews, they have given me no second thoughts on my decision....but I'm alert just in case. No matter how things go, good or bad, I'll check back in 90 to 180 days from now and re-rate if needed. Wish me luck, Michael

No MDs on staff, only nurse practician(s). Medical staff is not competent in their training, e.g. drawing blood, they dont pay attention to or listen to patient needs, slow on followups about info/requests for needed equipment, poor choices of referral clinics, nurses delivering wrong medical supplies. Staff members do not return calls timely, or not at all. They do not keep track of participant needs and sometimes they ask you to do the reminders or footwork. I am hoping to find another place for my medical needs. Many things listed in their orientation packet are not available and outdated
