The inspection went smoothly and they were very professional. However, they did not note several things that I noticed after moving into the home that I purchased. First, the dishwasher is malfunctioning- it doesnt fully turn on to wash dishes. Second, the mailbox has a huge crack in the brick. Lastly, the garage doors do not open using the remotes. These are things that should have been noticed and added to the report so that we could have done something about it BEFORE the closing. Its their JOB to notice these things, these details, otherwise why are we paying you? They did a good job

Gas was shut off after closing and moving into the house due to a gas leak which was not discovered during the inspection. Now I'm out $410 for the inspection and how ever many hundred dollars it'll take to fix the issue.
Was told by Scott that Rob would make it right and Rob told me it's not his fault.
Feels wrong, especially since I've used their services multiple times. I'm down bad

We hired Call Us First Home Inspections for our 11 month home inspection for our newly built home. We were in a bit of a pinch, but Scott worked us in within the week's schedule, then we found out we were in a bigger pinch and needed ours completed within two days. Scott was able to get our inspection done that Saturday (within our two day timeframe requirement).
