Gino Signore, Chef and owner, grew with the passion for preparing and/or making food since his early years. With a great trajectory, Gino decides to open his own restaurant in Cape Canaveral. Named after his wife, Marina Ristorante, came as a small, full-service restaurant of 28 seats, serving authentic Italian food, beer and wine. Our Italian menu is all homemade and served to order fresh daily by our small team.
