Very happy with the office staff and maintenance man. They have been very friendly and quick to help. As for the apartment itself, you get what you pay for. It is cheap and small, which I knew it would be. Compared to my prior apartment this one has much less storage in the kitchen and bathrooms. But this apartment is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

The North Creek leasing office and maintenance have been terrific! Christina is amazing and always responsive to our needs and requests. The only downside weve experienced living in this complex is that the floors are fairly thin making the noisy neighbors extra annoying.

I love to live in this apartment is very conterble to my kids and me... They care about us in the apartment.... About the situation of the snow storm... They want the community to be safe... I just want that we the community care about each other health....I love my neighbors they are very nice people they give me theirs hand when i need it....

Me and my boyfriend just moved here. It has been the easiest process I've done compared to other apartments. Christina the leasing agent was super helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and was able to get us in fast! The apartment is very nice and clean. Worth leaving a good review!
