Can’t figure out their plumbing.
My girlfriend has been living in a Perilli Apartment for 6 months and three times she’s had her bedroom flooded.
The first time water began leaving heavily from the ceiling, we called their “emergency” line. No one picked up the phone despite numerous attempts. Real good “emergency” line guys! After finally getting in touch with Gene Perilli, she was told to “just deal with it”.
This led to black mold growing from the pipes. Real fun.
That leads to the current water disaster that’s going on RIGHT NOW. Another water leak. This one traverses

Very affordable, friendly, professional, comfortable and clean. More can be said about Perilli Apartments, but these five key words sum up my experience. After you rent from Perilli Apartments, nowhere else will be up to par. My boyfriend and I have had an amazing experience with Mr. Perilli himself, Brad, Belinda and the kind team. Everyone is extremely helpful and resourceful, prompt to help with any issues/maintenance that arise, are very reasonable, communicative and expect nothing but being a responsible, clean and reasonable tenant in return. Plus, these apartments are in great locations

I rented from Perilli Apartments for close to five years. The experience was always enjoyable and they were very professional. I felt comfortable and when issues arose they were prompt to solve them. The buildings are well maintained. The surrounding tenants are of good quality also. I would highly recommend doing business with this landlord.

These apartments are some of the best in Morgantown. I lived in the Evansdale/Sunnyside area and they were absolutely beautiful.
Unbelievably great neighborhood, so safe- I felt comfortable running in the morning outside. The neighbors were so kind and friendly!
But the best thing about these apartments is the leasing company/ Gene and his… family. The initiative they take with keeping and maintaining nice high quality living places is unparalleled.
I called about an emergency issue I had with the plumbing (which ended up being a user error) and they were calmly at my door in less than 12

The apartments are very nice and well kept. Gene and his son Brad are very nice. However the receptionist Belinda is extremely rude, there were a few instances where she threatened to throw my stuff in the street. It had to do with my move out date and some other things. My mother had to contact her a few times, she is very unprofessional. Other than that I would recommend them.
