For over twelve years, I was involved in overseeing the national and international market to buyers and investors by helping develop and organize tools such as "Fly By" programs, which offered investors vital particulars in assisting them in making the best decision when buying a Florida home.
I was then offered the post of Operations Manager for the IRM Real Estate and Investment Company with IRM to further provide clients with IRM's objective of having an experienced and knowledgeable certified staff.Soon thereafter, I joined the Orlando Board of Realtors and the NARP, and also became a Certified Notary.

I think I get paid and I just don't give you back all your money, they don't deserve a single star, charging a tenant to clean a carpet that has reached its useful life despite being in optimal cleaning, $ 42 for a bulb that was not missing and For painting on walls that are not dirty even if they are old and worn, fulfilling their useful life, just for collecting and taking your money they do not deserve a single star, they will never return all your money to Although you take care of the property, I have photos.

IRM took over a property I am leasing from another management company about 1 month into my lease which was an odd experience overall...Maggie, the property manager, came to the house to introduce herself and see the property for the first time, which was again, an odd experience... But she was has a very friendly, helpful and relaxed personality.
Also, Carolina, who supports maintenance requests and Carmen, the operations manager have also been responsive, respectful and helpful - No every management company deserves this type of feedback.
What really sent them apart was when I was furloughed

IRM has twice helped me to find a rental for my family. Both homes were in excellent neighborhoods and were perfect for my family. Additionally, they have helped me find a home to purchase.
