We applied to rent a house, they continued to take in 11 more applications for the same place. When I spoke to them on the phone I was told that our $150 of application fees would be returned if they picked someone else, a couple days later they called my husband and raised the rent amount, they also told him we would not get the money back of they picked someone else. It took them over a week to make there decision. They don't go thru applications in the order that they are recieved, they raise the advertised rent, and they flip flop on there word. I'm sure I'm not the only applicant of the 11

My daughter rented a home recently from Kasco PM and had to do so site unseen due to a quite job transfer. Did everything online, phone and email, I had to co-sign so they wouldn't have to pay a double deposit. They were charged a non refundable cleaning fee, no problem right wrong, they walk-in to this home in a beautiful neighborhood in Henderson with my 2 young granddaughters and found a disgusting filthy mess and to top it off broken glass. Thankfully my 3 yr old granddaughter didn't walk in a cut up her feet. The carpet wasn't cleaned and has pet urine through out and black

I've used them as a renter on two occasions. Knock on wooed, no problems during either period. I guess it depends on who the property owner is on the other end.
All of my property complaints were handled pretty quickly and there was never a back and forth debate, which I had to deal with when renting from property owners directly.

My experience is as followed: I rented a property from them
They asked for a 200$ cleaning deposit, and then hired three separate companies to perform cleaning and general maintenance when there was absolutely nothing that needed maintaining. I was changed 220$ for front yard maintenance on a property that has no front yard (the front yard is 3 bushes and stone). I was charged an additional 195$ for a maintenance man to change a light bulb and smoke detector batteries. I was over charged for carpet cleaning as well. The details go on and on, but they withheld nearly 1,000 of my original security

Kasco has managed our rental property in Summerlin since 2011. Their service has been trouble free and efficient.
They have provided services beyond our contract and expectations. As foreign owners, it was particularly important that we could get good advice regarding H.O.A.s, home insurance, and tax implications of US rental income. Our H.O.A., has been a constant thorn in our side, so it has been really important that we could count on them to stay on top of things. They were also able to arrange for reliable home maintenance contractors. Totally satisfied with our experience with Kasco.

Kasco helped us get into a house when no one else would. Me and my boyfriend are both pretty young (21 and 25) and we have 2 dogs and it seemed like we were never going to be able to find a house but they found us the perfect one! With easy ways to pay online and even easier ways to get repairs or maintenance scheduled, I hope to rent with them as long as we're in Vegas.

As a property owner we have been very happy with Kasco Property Management. Although we moved away from Vegas for work we were very comfortable leaving our home in the hands of Kasco to manage it for us as a rental. They've always been very professional, quickly found us great tenants, and are easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend them!
