Although the expense of clean I ng oriental rugs seems steep, the quality cannot be overlooked. We soon forget the price and long remember the quality. Just saying...

I had them come in to provide me with an estimate to repair a corner of my carpet as well as clean the carpet once the repair was done. Mark seems very knowledgeable. We set the appointment for the following Friday at 9 AM, I explained I had a meeting set for 1:30 and would need to be done before this time. He called the office and confirmed the appointment and the availability of the crew and equipment. It is now noon and they are a no show. Mark did call this morning at 9:30 to say the crew had another job but would be here shortly. I phoned his office only to be told they are still on the other
