Our jobs are scheduled based on when you signed your contract and how many homes we have already scheduled. Each town varies as to what is necessary. We will pull any permits when they are required. On a similar note. Some subdivisions may require approval from their Homeowner's Association prior to village/town/city permits being pulled.
