Our office provides patients with comprehensive patient-centered care. We tailor our dental care to each individual's unique situation. Unlike most dental offices, we have chosen to focus our care model around strong preventative care.
In practice this means that each patient gets to spend more time with our providers and our providers have an opportunity to gain a better understanding of each individual's overall health and specific risk factors for dental disease. Our goal is to provide each patient with quality personal attention so that they can develop a thorough understanding of their own dental health.

Periodontal Health
Report
Gum tissue recession can occur for a number of reasons. Most commonly gum tissue recession starts when the gums are abraded and harmed by the use of a medium or stiff bristled tooth brush. Aggressive tooth brushing will cause the gum tissues to recede over time. People who clench or grind their teeth are also often predisposed to suffering from gum tissue recession due to the severe forces that can be placed on their teeth and supporting tissues.
Crowns and Fillings
Report
Often times we are asked can't you just place a filling in the tooth? Why does it need a crown? These are great questions and now days the great diversity of filling materials that are available have made these decisions more complex. Typically, the decision to place a crown or a filling depends largely on the amount of remaining natural tooth structure and the location of the tooth in the mouth.
Dental Implants
Report
For much of the last 100 years dentists routinely relied on the use of complete dentures, removable partial dentures and fixed partial dentures (more commonly referred to as "bridges") to replace missing teeth. Over the past 30 years the widespread use of dental implants has completely changed the approach that is taken to replacing missing teeth.
