I have been seeing Dr. Eisen for a few months now and I am continuously impressed by her knowledge and expertise in not only chiropractic work but health and wellness as well. I have been consulting with her on which supplements would be beneficial for some ongoing medical issues I have been dealing with and went through muscle testing to ensure everything I'm taking works with my body. Sooo... I became a patient with Dr. Eisen about a year ago, as a result of an injury from a car accident. I've been sort of meaning to write a review since I stopped going to her, after about six months. I'm now having much worse back problems than before and hunting for a new chiropractor, and I'm finally getting around to it. I really believe in chiropractic care, having received it since the age of twelve, but it seems there are a lot of crappy chiros out there, and I feel it's my duty to shine the light. First off, I could not agree more with Simon G. about her awful bedside

I'm completely with Eric J. about Dr. Eisen. I saw her several times for a pretty bad neck injury about a year ago. At the time, I sought many modes of treatment, none which gave me the relief I was looking for. I started looking for a chiropractor, and I ended up finding Dr. Eisen through another review site (which were stellar (?!)). I found her bedside manner pretty off-putting from the start. Unfortunately, I was in so much pain, I wanted to believe the treatments would help; I went against my instincts and committed. In retrospect it was an aggravating and wasteful experience

Susan is the only Chiropractor in the world I trust with my back. I had gone to so many "doctors" who would only make my pain worse. After about a year of searching, I found Sue and that day I had immediate relief. I have been going to Sue for years now and at the time recommended my entire office who also used and loved Sue. Now, even though I am in California, I make it a point to see her every time I visit NYC and do not even see a chiro out here. Sue rocks and will fix any pain you have, She is honest, caring and all around amazing, You are a lucky person if she is your back

Susan is a great doc. She really cares and comes up with creative, natural, holistic ways to treat you, beyond the usual "crack yer bones". She will take as much time as need to really understand and speak with you and has the knowledge and experience that every doctor should have. A truly honest and caring person.
