This salon is amazing! Amazing.. I tell you... My experience surpass 5 stars.. It more like 20 stars.. You walk in the second you walk in you're greeted with a smile.. Then you're lead to the back of the salon to change into a silk covering to protect your clothes. You're then lead to the washing of your hair station where care is taken when washing.. The owner makes sure the correct items are used for your type of hair...such classy salon.. You're offer, coffee. Tea, water or wine... Yes .. In real stemware no plastics there .oh and fresh fruits...they make you feel like family.. All ethnic hair

Went in for a conditioner and blowout. I left extremely unhappy with the amount of hair that was trimmed off. It was my first trip to the salon because I could not reach my usual hairdresser. I did not ask for a major haircut, especially on a first visit. I even voiced that I did not want a lot of hair cut off, but it didn't matter. I will not be returning. I'm a frontline healthcare worker and wanted to treat myself. I treated myself to a major hair length setback.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this salon and I'm so grateful I found them. I moved here in November and my hair had to get used to the Miami humidity. Because of this salon I found the best products for my hair (hair mask, leave-in conditioner, and gel). My hair has been in the best shape since thanks to Daynia. Also trying some new styles and getting braids soon with Yvonne, can't wait!

I really enjoy the ambiance and vibe. All the stylist seem really proficient and fun. The are masters, certified and use the best products. I appreciate the diversity of clientele and staff although they're a black/Caribbean owned business. They're currently maintaining all sanitary guidelines and really on point with their website and re my under system. Walter did an excellent job with my color

This is literally the best hair salon I have ever been to! It was $70 which is a little more expensive than what I'm used to. But trust me when I say, YOU WILL NOT REGRET GOING HERE! They use a tea tree shampoo and conditioner that is sooo good for the hair. And the lady who cut hair did an awesome by cutting my hair layers. Before that, I was losing a lot of hair.

I found this salon by accident through Google. I was so impressed by the professionalism exhibited throughout my appointment. I was welcomed as soon as I came in, and asked if I needed anything. The wait times were very minimal and Walter gave me an excellent hair cut. He is so personable and even at our first meeting, we were able to have nice conversations, such that there were no awkward silences during the styling. If I was able to give negative 5 stars I gladly will. I would like to explain my horrifying experience with this salon. I asked to crochet my 7 Dread I have in the back of head, and I was recommend to Danya. I… would appreciate if she would have been honest and did not know how to crochet hair like mine. Instead she cut all the free hairs of my dead and informed me crochet method would loosen my dreads. She seemed trust worthy but I questioned her expertise when she took out the sisters and started to cut off the standing hairs of my dreadlocks. Furthermore, tightened my roots so hard that

This Paul Mitchell salon provides true top notch service!!! From the minute we walked in we were offered water,coffee, and even wine! We sat comfortably in the small seating area and they didn't seem to mind that we walked in with a 5 headed tribe. We were there for support.
Everyone in here was super nice and patient. Also noticed everyone had a cool vibe with style(hair and clothing),piercings, and henna tattoos.
My friends daughter was being brave. She decided to chop off all her hair due to years of chemically damaged treatments. She decided to go with a natural look to start over.

I actually don’t get my hair… done anywhere else anymore. Nobody can get it done quite as well as. I actually first started with Walter in 2010 at another establishment and followed him over to Natural and Relaxed in 2016 after trying several others that just couldn’t measure up.
Now I live in Dallas, TX and I still only get my hair done by Walter. Just have to make an appointment in advanced whenever

I have gone to quite a few places, and been overcharged for a blow dry. This place offered reasonable prices and what really stood out was the friendliness that was emitted. Everyone greeted me with smiles and a "good morning". I felt like I could actually relax. Joann was nothing short of amazing! She took her time washing and giving me a scalp massage, which I have never experienced and then listened to all the complaints of the previous people who have touched and burned my hair. Slayed by Daynia! After a tragic hair cut I experienced, I was recommended from a classmate who has beautiful natural hair to go to this place and I took her word for it (word of mouth is better than going in clueless).So Being that I was desperate I decided to travel all the way to Miami from Coral Springs! When I arrived I was greeted, everyone was very welcoming they even gave me a tour of the cute little shop she has. After the tour I was given the best scalp rub ever and the wash left me feeling super fresh, then Day looked over my hair and worked her magic. Once I was done and my hair completely

The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. They offer you something to drink and always have treats on hand. Even the music is perfect. I love the styling videos at The Color Bar. The hairdressers are knowledgeable and eager to help their clients. It was a pleasure to see the clients happy with their results. I was one of them!
