As a counselor, I am committed to this truth: we are all yearning for acceptance and to be seen and heard. I feel it is my job to provide this service to every client who walks in my door. Whether it is shame, anger, anxiety, guilt-I aim to help people turn safely towards the things that are keeping them from reaching their true potential in order to attain connection, support, and peace.

I am a counselor, but not immune to problems. Like so many, I have been disconnected from my spouse. I have experienced the devastation of miscarriage and infertility, followed by the ultimate joy, frustration, and inadequacy of being a parent.
As a result, holding hope for my clients comes naturally because I personally understand the sweetness and contentment of reconnecting with my spouse, the joy and happiness that children provide, and the value and benefit of working on personal challenges.I am a firsthand believer in the power of therapy, from both a counselor and client standpoint, and have worked hard throughout my life by engaging in individual, couples and family therapy.
