Warm, friendly, knowledgeable office staff, representatives, and technicians met every commitment even when faced with the adversity of snow! What began as something of a traumatic event when a 40+ year old system nearly caught fire, ended in calm relief. Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditions people took the ball and ran with all replacement aspects. I give them 5 out of 5 starsand then some. Thank you Four Seasons!

Scheduled a standard furnace cleaning. They did not show! I called Four Seasons and asked when they would be out. I was told that due to the cold weather they were unable to make the appointment. This part was understandable. They also indicated they called the day before, they did not! Why a company would lie about calling with today's technology of knowing who and when a call comes in is beyond me.

4 Seasons booked me an appointment promptly. The tech showed up right on time and was extremely professional. He fixed the issues with my heat pump and took the time to teach me how to properly run it and how to adjust certain settings on the thermostat. Pricing in my opinion was great. I will for sure continue using 4 Seasons to maintain my HVAC system.
