Built in 1894 and once home to board of education chair Glynn Archer, our property served as a private home until we transformed it into a charming historic inn. Place is a dump, especially for the price of a nights stay. Shower faucet was broken and I am sure was leaking on the ceiling of the room below. This was obviously not a new problem but they rented the room anyway. When we told them that you could not shut off the shower they brought in someone to repair it which took all day, meaning we had no room for the day. Even after it was fixed I am certain it was leaking below as the repair was far from complete. And for our troubles we were offered a chance to shower outside by the pool. David at the desk offered us nothing for the inconvenience, frankly

Upon arrival at The Inn on Fleming, we were met with an OVERWHELMING odor of what smelled like industrial cleaning agents. Now we all want our lodging to smell clean, I understand, but this leaves you wondering what is going on. This happened both mornings we were there. I opened the windows in our room to allow fresh air in.

If you're looking to for a historic, quaint accommodation centrally located to major sites that has all of the modern amenities, this is where you should stay! David was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for the best spots to eat and places to recreate. Breakfast is not included due to COVID, but the Coffee Queen vouchers were wonderful. Happy Hour on the back patio was a nice touch and gives folks an opportunity to connect with other guests, or to just to relax and admire the canopy of palm trees and plants. Highly recommend this spot for Key West vacationers!

David and sam the hosts where fantastic rooms very clean and towels changed every day. Free alcohol drinks and sodas at happy hour which was great. always stay in big hotels in the keys but this has changed our way of thinking. You have your own private entrance to rooms and free coffee the morning. sam got bikes delivered to us which was fantastic .100% Stay again 👍😎 Andrew and Helen from UK

When you spend $410.40 for a night in a B&B, it’s reasonable to expect five-star accommodations and service.
The Inn on Fleming is a one-star at best, and in desperate need of an infusion of money and TLC. It also does not offer breakfast.
Our bathroom looked like something out of the 1950s, was poorly lit, inadequately ventilated and with mildew or mold on the ceiling. The shower/tub had one of those European half doors that never keep the water inside, leading to water on the floor. The whole inn needs a complete, deep-dive renovation and redecoration.

We stayed at The Inn on Fleming and I could not ask for a better stay. David was wonderful and took great care of us. Bike rental was the best thing ever for Key West and you can rent them at the Inn. Our family stayed on the top floor with 2 bedrooms. It was nice and private. Pool was really nice and cozy after the bike rides around the island. Highly recommend. Looking forward to another Corona Getaway soon. Thanks David.

Stayed at The Inn on Fleming for 2 nights. Such a great place! Very clean and great location. Would definitely recommend. Free parking in the near area or in front if you get lucky. For breakfast we received 20 dollars worth of vouchers to Cuban Coffee Queen, which we really enjoyed. Bathroom was small.
